ABOUT THE COLLEGE
Narmada College of Computer Applications, Bharuch is an excellent example of industry institute interface. The college established in the year 1999 is an initiative of professional management of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Corporation Limited (GNFC) and is managed by Narmada Education and Scientific Research Society (NEST). A beautiful natural campus in 16 acres of land developed over this period of time on the bank of
Maa Narmada, Zadeshwar on N H No. 8, 6 kms from the historical city of Bharuch.
The NEST started this post-graduate computer applications programme to meet the
growing challenges in the educational sector with a MISSION to:
Respond the changing needs of business and community systems.
Demonstrate accessibility, equality, innovation, ethical standards, and
Collaborate with value adding organizations to meet the needs of local people
The institute is self financed, approved by AICTE and affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
The college building has classrooms, tutorial room, conference room, library, and computer lab with modern teaching aids for boundless learning and development of programming skills of career conscious students.
The college has retained well-qualified experienced faculty members supported by a team of programmers and technical personnel to conduct classes and laboratory sessions effectively.
The college has a strong linkage with the industries. Many batches of MCA are already out with excellent grooming. They have entered into the corporate world and would be making landmarks in achievements.

Being on the largest industrial belt of Gujarat, Bharuch enjoys the benefits of opportunities for training and final placement in world class IT and manufacturing companies in chemical processing, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, etc.
A very good library with more than twenty journals / magazines and more than 1500 books on varied subjects and current topics.
